Body skin?

When in the shower I use a loofah on my skin, this cleans out my skin well enough however doesn't seem to get all the dirt that's trapped in the pores off. I've tried to scrape away the dirt with my fingernails, or even by rubbing with my fingers ....this does work however, I'm not sure if it gets rid of the dirt completely and my body begins to show all the red lines where I've been scraping.

Is there anything that is as abrasive as scraping with your fingernails, enough to slough off the dead layers of your skin and clean out the trapped dirt? I've heard natural exfoliators such as sugar or salt exfoliate the skin well enough, but it doesn't seem to take out the dirt as well as the fingernails do...
Body skin?
Yes, the sugar or salt scrubs work well, but it sounds as though you are very harsh on your skin. If it gets red it is getting irritated . Why so rough? You surly are not that dirty.
Body skin?
I think that you are abusing your skin. Skin needs dirt. It is ok to take a shower daily, but getting rid of the natural oils and dirt that the skin makes or come into contact to is not good, therefore, please stop scrapping, and loofahing your skin it is not healthy for you. just ask your dr.
Reply:im 75% sure your case IS NOT dirt inside the pores.

have you ever though about ingrown hairs or stubs from shaving ?

try an ingrown hair treatment. which you can buy at most salons. (:

not completely expensive.

if that is not your case, i would try BodyTopia's Kopaa sugar scrub ie: bodytopia.net

IT WORKS FANTASTIC !
Reply:try baking soda, epsom salts, and/or oat meal.and you shouldn't be so harsh on your skin.it can't be that dirty.
