Skin twin! The thing that bugs me the most is whenever I try to take a photograph for reference to ask in a skin forum, the bumps don't show up as much in the photo as I feel they do in real life. Anyway, I'm the same age as you and I've been through pretty much all of the products except for a serious prescription like Accutane. Proactiv never worked for me; I get better results with Murad but still, nothing seems to conquer those tiny bumps.

I find that what works best for me is switching up my skincare routine from day to day. So I use the St. Ives scrub some days, and don't use it other days. Sometimes, I use a scrub from Origins called Swept Clean. I only use the Murad morning and night; if I need to wash my face in between, I use Cetaphil because it's a scentless, non-medicated cleanser that's just meant for a quick little wash.

I've just started using two new things, though-- Avon Correct and Fade peel (it got crazy good reviews on the website and was on sale for $3) and this stuff recommended by my friend called Pharmagel Bio-A serum. So far, I've noticed that my skin has been looking a bit better, but it's only that kind of "first three days" better--nothing too noticeable, and I haven't been using them long enough to be completely sure. However, that Pharmagel stuff seems to have had the most noticeable difference on the reduction of the little bumps than anything else. It's pretty expensive from the Pharmagel website, but my friend found an online supplier that sells it for about half the price, www.ballbeauty.com . I ordered mine from there and it came, so you can be sure that it's a reliable site and not a scam. If you want, I'll let you know after a week or two if I've gotten better results! I'm hoping this will be the last thing I've got to try.

i would suggest you one of the liquid body soap that contains 'Tea Tree oil'.After some days you willl notice yourself that your skin is becoming healither then before.Try it atleast.Good luck.
Reply:It really doesnt look bad at all
Reply:Use a medicated cleanser. If you like the St. Ives scrub, get the medicated version. It has Salicylic acid in it which will help exfoliate your skin. Also consider skipping the toner. Toners sometimes dry your skin out too much, causing it to produce more oil and grease up. Use a light moisturizer to replenish the moisture. Avoid heavy creams on your face. If you're still having skin problems, add a spot treatment cream with benzoyl peroxide. This will get rid of the zits. Make sure you use this routine in the morning and at night to make sure your skin stays clear.

Also, consider your make up. Make sure anything you put on your face is oil free and non-comengenic (means it won't clog your pores). To help with the shininess, try a power based foundation.
Reply:you really shouldn't worry too much ...

btw, the picture f*cking scared the sh*t out of me!
Reply:that pic is scarrrrrry! uhh just keep it clean and go to your doctor and c what he recommends. diet has alot to do with ur skin acne is toxins trying to get out of your body so cut down on the sodas drink more water and eat less greasy foods and i promise it will get better.
Reply:Healthy skin care for skin problems is part of overall good health. Proper skincare treatments are essential in preventing skin damage and premature skin aging.check out http://tipsfromruby-skincare.blogspot.co...
Reply:Go to a derm. If you try certain prescriptions and they don't work, you could go for Accutane. I personally recommend either birth control or Accutane.......Tane is being prescribed a lot more now. Otherwise a good prescription cream like Duac might work.
