I'm half black white my mom who is black accepts that i want to bleach my skin. for a few weeks ago when i coloured my hair blond from brown nobody even noticed. I've got light skin so do you think ppl will noticethat i've bleached my skin?
Skin bleaching....?
yes, people will notice that you bleached your skin, if they know how you usually look. but i don't suggest that you do that, because it can have negative effects on your skin %26amp; body
Skin bleaching....?
People will probably notice more, that you're skin is possibly burned and very dry. I don't think this is the best idea, and goes a bit too far when it comes to changing up your style and hair. Why not simply try lighter make up and such so you're not doing anything you may be sorry about in the end. D'n'D
Reply:I think it's a bad idea. If you were pale you would wish you were darker! Why don't you do something to build confidence in who you are, like find out about your ancestry and where your looks come from. Worked for me.
Edit: Hey, chill out. Identity is a huge issue these days, and if you put that question out there someone is going to be offended by it, because you're basically saying you're ashamed of your black heritage.
I would say, think of all the things that can go wrong. I'm not really familiar with the process, but I'm guessing it's permanent. What if you regret it someday? You can never go back to who you used to be. And what if something goes wrong and you get all splotchy? Is it really worth it, just to be lighter? Like I said, learn about your heritage, all of it, and be proud of it!
Reply:They'll notice.
I do think, personally, it's a bit strange to do it. Are you not comfortable in your own skin?
Reply:Well, you already know what I think about you *smiles*
Reply:You think no one notices you because you are biracial?
How about...because your personality is dull? Or maybe...you walk around with this angry look on your face and so you don't make yourself approachable?
No one likes to be around someone who is not confident because it is too much baggage and other people should not be held responsible to lift you out of your depression.
Your mom? I feel sorry for her unless you are lying. Skin bleach is not going to solve your problems, but to appease your thoughts, only because I don't like people who are Black or part Black and ashamed of being Black, why don't you just go around and tell people you are a different race to begin with? I don't recommend skin bleaching, have you seen Michael Jackson? Bleaching isn't necessary. Just tell people you are...hispanic or something and fully disassociate yourself from Blacks. This will be hard due to your mother being Black. I guess you are ashamed of her too. I have a better idea, why don't you just run away from home and start a new life as a pathetic little biracial girl who wants to be someone else so bad.
How does a new life sound? Though, that will not be easy either. Whose life do you want? Mariah Carey? Vanessa Williams?
Grow up!
Reply:you dumb ****** you shouldn't bleach your ******** skin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... what are you Michael Jackson you want to be ugly like him ? he looked better when he was black you most likely would too!!!!!!! even if you half and half brown is a nice skin color so is black/dark chocolate be your self ***** every one else you don't need to bleach your skin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:Hmm, I think it's a bad idea. Part of me is somewhat angered by your question, because it seems like you don't necessarily like being partially black and would like to give the appearance of being purely white with the lighter skin and the blonde hair but rather than insult you or give you a long speech, that I'm sure you could care less about... I'll just say I think it's a bad idea. Unless, you've got scars from childhood play or acne or something, I'm not really for skin bleaching. People most likely will notice. Most people get darker with time not lighter, and maybe the reason no one noticed your hair was because it was a subtle change or maybe they did notice but just didn't say anything to you about it. The lighter you are the more sensitive you become to light and the sun this is especially true when using chemicals to attain this. If you are going to do that you need to keep that in mind, without proper use of sunblock you're just going to become dark again. Not to mention most bleaches irritate your skin like all hell causing drying and peeling, and sometimes burning of the skin, so you'll need a goodnight time moisturizer. But remember no matter what you look like or change about yourself you need to get to a place where you like yourself enough not to change yourself and i don't think changing your hair color or skin color for that matter is going to really make a difference. You're more than what you look like, give yourself some credit!
Reply:You're not half-white/half-black. Stop trying to brainwash the weakminded blacks who might grow a complex after reading your fake questions. There aren't many of those on here so you're just wasting your time.
