Recurring problem with skin infection around the crown of my penis. The skin aroud the neck of my penis is thining and small purple thin marks appear. They are not itchy and very dry. When I have sexual intercourse, the marks become sore and red and after a couple of days it dries up. The marks are still there and become sore and red again after sex. Its very uncomfortable and sometimes painful after sex. I have been suffering from this problem for almost 6 years. I have seen a darmatologist about 3 years ago and treated me with skin infection caused by detergent (soap) not washed properly. Please help.
