after today i realized i really need some
advice on skin care products and skin care in general.
my skin is.. "okay" i guess, but i think it could be
alot healthier and clearer.
so i'm asking if anyone knows of any really good
skin products/body wash/body lotion that could help
make skin healthier? my skin is pretty sensitive, so i try
to stay away from scented lotion and stuff.
also, any tips on KEEPING skin healthy?
i try to stay away from greasey food and such.
though, i'm going to start eating salmon and fish
ALOT more, i heard that helps alot too. :]
any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!
Skin care help!?
A good diet is very good for the skin. Also plenty of water (about 2 litres a day).
Face- Reccomend= Clinique, Avon and Ganrier Pure A
Body- Clinique, Avon. Use a body milk or cream wash rather than a shower gel as this takes away the skins needed moisture.
Hope this helps.
Oh and on face, use a facial mask once a week to balance out thie skin aswell as a facial scrub. Good Luck

Reply:I've heard great things on Cod Liver Oil.
Reply:I use Neutrogena's line of face/body washes. They have kept my skin acne free and I haven't had a breakout since Ive used it. As far as lotion, try Curel or Aveeno. They both have unscented versions. And drink lots of water and stay away from soda. Statying hydrated keeps your skin plump. Hope this helps!!!
Reply:The best advice is go to a skin specialist, one that can determine exactly the type of skin you have and what is the best care for it and you that doesn't also blow your budget.
Reply:I take a "omega 3" pill every night and swear it helps, I think it makes my hair grow faster too! The #1 thing I would recommend is to cut out dairy products from your diet. It is hard, but try it for a week and you will see such a difference you won't even care about giving it up. I got this advice from my facialist. Every time I slip up and eat cheese or milk, a few days later My skin looks horrible!
