i looked it up and its called combination skin and that lots of people have it

so i tried Neutrogena's oil free moisture for combination skin which is supposed to moisturize dry areas and controls shine in oily areas

but it doesnt seem to work on me

i still have damn combination skin

what are some products i can use to help my combination skin? or anything.... I just hate my skin
Skin face problems?
Use something "oil-free" with exfoliating beads; it will clear up your shiny nose and your dry sides. For makeup, use powders, not liquids; it will tone down the shine and give you a nice matte surface.

Make an appointment at a spa and tell them your concerns and they will recommend their high end products which work much better than something you can purchase at a grocery store.
Reply:many people hate their skin! you're not alone! people are just concealing their problems too.

here's what you do:

wash your face with Aveeno Positively radiant cleanser. then use Aveeno daily moisturizer. if you think its a bit oily then put on powder. do it 2 times a day
Reply:Since your skin may be prone to acne, excess oils, and dryness try a combination of this and i'm sure you'll get clear and smooth skin.

Buy the oxy cleanser for your skin and wash it once at nighttime with it. After the cleanser use aloe vera it is an amazing mosturizer. It will not cause acne or anything like that. It is an amazing plant that has so many healing properties. You can probably buy this plant at a local flower shop.. if not ask around where to buy this plant. Oxy is not mad for sensitive skin that is why this plant will be essential for your rutin. Here are some facts on the aloe vera plant

In the morrning use oxy pads for sensitive skin. They may be a little drying for your skin, but your skin should be smooth in the morrning when you wake up. Buy this lotion incase of any dryness that may occur to you in the day. It's called vichy thermal milk. It instantly makes any dry spot feel loose and it takes away the flaky look instantly. It's pricey, but the bottle lasts for months.

Oxy products are pretty cheap. Each item should only cost 5$ or under 10$

Make sure the cleanser you buy from oxy has atleast 2% salysic acid in it(it will say in the front of the bottle)
Reply:try tess...tessskin.com i use it and it does not dry skin out and decreases my oiliness.
Reply:There are 4 type of skin: normal, oily, dry and mix.

You cannot remove your skin type, LOL!

All that you can do is keeping it under control with special products.

Keep using Neutrogena.

The lotion keep a balance between your 2 skin type.

If you don't buy this stop using it for a week and you will see the difference.

TIPS:

REPLACE: liquid foundation with mousse foundation

and hydrating mask with peeling mask.

don't use a creamy toner, use a gel toner for mix skin

Keep a compact powder in your purse and use it when your face gets shinny.
Reply:I have the same type or similar skin....Arbonne has several options that would work for you as they have for me. email me julieeveridge@yahoo.com with your mailing address and I will mail you a sample. I am an Independant Consultant.
Reply:Well...

I kinda have the same problem. I have oily skin and used to have dry skin as well, but I started using proactive which makes your skin non-oily. It doesn't work, it took the oil away not the acne so I stared using peroxide. It works great then stop to use Dove soap and never had clearer skin like I do now!

It works great and doesn't dry out your skin. Depending on your skin type use Dove soap (fragrance free/sensitive skin) It's great. Oh and please don't not use alcohol on your face because alcohol dries out your skin and make acne/pimples worst and tears the top layer of your skin off!

Good Lucc!
