What skin type am iii????

i have never used cleaners nor toners. Only today i purchased the Garnier Skin Naturals Normal to combination skin. I chose this one because i was not sure of what type my skin was so i thought might aswel just get a normal skin typed 1. But when i used it, under my eyes got a stingy feeling. N it feels abit dry and tight. i wanted something which will leave it shiny and clean. I dont get pimples i only get little invisible ones on my fore head because of the heat and sweat. My skin is sometimes dry in the mornings and it looks abit dull and tired. I use a tinted moisurizer (ten-o-six) to give my skin abit of colour b/c of its dullness. I have good skin besides that tho. I think my skin mite be abit sensitive (stingy feeling under eyes) to skin care products maybe because its my 1st time using it or whats not. Any suggestions on wat u think my skin type is or products which will help? Also is it ok to use different skin care products at once - diff cleanser/toner to moisturizer?

go get a facial from an aesthetician and they will tell you for sure what you need to be using
