Skin Irration! HELP?

so i've bought a new product called the Wave. The line is from Neutrogena. I bought this on Sun. and now my skin is red and flaky and it burns like i have sun burn. I know i probably have an alergic reaction. wat should i do and wat should i use for it to go away

Stop using soap on your hair for a few days and if the problem is still there (or not even remotely better) go see your doctor.
Reply:I would get some Caladry or Calamine lotion to use and also send an email to the company because they will refund your money. Make sure that once the irritation is cleared up to use some type of moisturizer on your skin to help with the healing.
Reply:keep it clean and use a little vaseline to moisturize it and decrease irritation. No lotion...that will burn and make it worse. Keep out of the sun as much as you can and keep your skin clean with just water for now.
Reply:ahhh wow i got this with a similar products! IT goes red and flaky and hurts when you move! i had it all under my neck for about a week! It looks awful i know, it does eventually go!





Im not sure how to get rid of it but it will go, i think it might me an allergic reaction, but i carried on using the product and i havent got it again its like im now immune!

P.s i just showered twice a day like normal, im not sure if this helped but i stayed clean!
Reply:Try taking a antihistamine and put some Aloe Vera on your face,if that doesn't work go see you doctor ASAP
